CALL24 service is available as Touch Tone or Voice Recognition for your convenience. Each call defaults to Touch Tone, however, you may select 8* any time during the call to switch to Voice Recognition.
Call Toll-Free (844) 403-9112 to:
- Verify current account balance. (Checking, savings, loan, CD, or IRA accounts)
- Obtain detailed account history. (Checking, savings, loan, CD, or IRA accounts)
- Obtain pending transactions information on your account(s).
- Transfer funds between your UMB accounts. (one-time or recurring transfers)
- Make loan payments. (one-time or recurring)
- Inquire on existing Stop Payments.
- Initiate a new Check Stop Payment Order.
- Obtain additional information, such as payoffs or maturity dates on loans, CDs, or IRA accounts.
- Report a lost or stolen ATM/Debit Card.
- Activate an ATM/Debit Card.
- Set or change your ATM PIN.
- Change your Call24 PIN.
Enroll for the Call24 service by calling Toll-Free (844) 403-9112. Personal information will be required for the secure customer verification process. Once the secure verification process is complete, you will be prompted to select a PIN for future access to the Call24 service.
