Steps to set up a PIN or change a PIN using PIN Management
- Dial the PIN Management phone number: 1-888-891-2435 (This is for PIN Management only, activation processes stay the same)
- Select English or Spanish
- Enter the 16 digit card number
- Customer will enter the last 4 digits of SSN and 5 digit zip code (If this is incorrect in the core the PIN cannot be set up or changed)
- Enter your new 4 digit PIN
- Confirm your new 4 digit PIN
You can also change your PIN at any UMB ATM by following the prompts on the ATM screen.
You MUST know your current PIN to change your PIN at a UMB ATM.
